Your structure arrives completely assembled on our truck and is placed directly onto your prepared foundation. The most common delivery method for Weaver Barns customers is to build on-site. Some properties present challenges that make prebuilt delivery difficult or impossible. If your lot has limited access due to narrow gates, fences, trees, or other obstacles, our team can deliver pre-assembled panels and components to your site and complete the full build on location. This option ensures that even the most difficult-to-reach spots on your property can receive a quality Weaver Barns structure. Click here for more information about on-site builds.
What to Expect on Delivery Day
Our delivery crew will arrive at your property and place your structure exactly where you want it. Once the building is positioned, the team will verify that it is level and in good working order. Doors, windows, and hardware will all be checked before the crew leaves.
We ask that you have your foundation properly prepared before delivery day. A level, properly sized foundation is important for the long-term performance of your structure. It reduces the risk of settling over time and ensures that doors open and close correctly. Site Preparation
A proper foundation is one of the most important steps you can take before your Weaver Barns structure arrives. Your foundation should be level, appropriately sized for your building, and firm enough to support the weight of the structure over the long term. Gravel pads and concrete slabs are commonly used options.
